Cully he died immediately. His head got crushed. I then had the problem of getting him out because the clam just wouldn't open. Pried him out and damaged the clam a bit but she recovered.

Thats a lot of weight/stress on those two steel cables on the end there.. I am sure they are rated for the weight that they support.. but man takes some big ones to go with this type set up.. still really neat to have a floating aquarium..
