After weeks of calling and searching for a P. Ciliata I found one. I only had to drive 1 hr to get him. Here are some pictures of him.

To be honest I have not seen him spear anything, though I have seen him with his appendages down to where it looks like he will strike... I have a molly and damsel in the tank with him and it seems he has no intrest in them at all, maybe their size? But I plan on getting some live ghost shrimp or something and seeing if he will take those. He eats silverslides everyother day also shrimp.
