The other new clam!!!

Well here are some pics of the second new clam that i got from scotts yesterday. I was pretty lucky to get this guy cause there were about 10+ people around the tank with their jaws on the floor!!! lol lol lol

That pic doesn't do it any justice, thats a sweet clam. I think the pattern is unusual. And the blue is very deep which doesn't show up in the pic, you should have thrown it into a photo software and correct that contrast and balance it out.
Anyway nice score, I think you got the best clam there, well second to the one in the back of my 10 anyways jk

BTW I thought we were gonna see some WWF action over those clams, that was pretty intense LOL

yea but nobody wanted any of this....lol im just so big and intimidating i mean i could have bought that monti if i wated too and you would have just let me!!! haha jk. Yea im broke so i dont have photoshop or anything which sux.

well idk i think this clam is a little better than the one in your 10g just wait till it gets bigger

im still waiting for my frags dangit!!! lol you never know when you will need a backup and i can give you some...."cough" rainbow "cough" lol lol

Russ: So he has the rainbow at 20% off? thats what $175 ish thats not bad for that large of a piece I would think 2 -3 frags between a couple people makes it affordable, my frag was under a hundred $ but it was tiny and ultimatefrags is now closed, and I don't see it too often for sale.

I think he's hoping nobody buys it and it will make it into his show tank, I'd bet he'd frag it if there were people lined up to buy the frags and he could keep one for himself though. He frags a ton of corals down there, its cool that he does it so everybody can afford stuff that way

Most of the clams that came in were gaping a little....when I feed them they went back to normal

well i fed phyto today and this was after i did that....im not at my house for spring break so maybe murf can take a pic sometime this week??????

Oh no worries on the clam. I didnt read the post that you just got it. I got a clam from Scott last week that gapped a bit on its first day. Its all good now.

try and put it straight up and down and put some sand on both sides so it doesnt fall over
