The Time Is Finally Here...

I think we'll end up with a top 15 class easy and that's pretty good for a coaching change IMO. Much better than like 40th last year when we just lost our offensive staff. I think they have their eye on a few guys next year too. Especially a big time quarterback.

Hated to see Peyton get beat but it was a good game.

How about those Rebels:)? Like the Florida game, I just hoped for it to not be a blow out. I bet a lot of people lost money on a 25 beating up on a 7:D. In the 15 or so years UI've been following Ole Miss football, I've never felt as good about an Ole Miss team, despite the numerous, repeating mistakes.

You had a great year Gary!
Your fins (despite the outcome today:( ) and your rebels made an improbable about face this year:)

The Dolphins finally got a decent quarterback and the Rebels got a good coach (and your old coach is back where he should be coaching the defensive line and recruiting......for us:D )

We'll miss the recruiting... After Friday, I'm hoping we have a good start for next year.

The Rebs and Fins seem to mirror each other. They aren't typically dominating teams, but usually play to the level of the opponent (not winning, but playing decent). I seem to pick the average teams. Aim high, right:D.

Man, if the Rebs could have pulled it out against Wake Forest, Vandy, and South Carolina at home, you guys really would have had a special year...

Heck you only lost to Bama by 4... :D

Congrats Dave. OU definately lost that game in the 1st quarter but Florida didn't really win it until the 4th. I must say I was most impressed with Utah this season with Ole Miss a close second.

I could make the excuse of the missed delay of game penalty... But really, the Titans had every chance to win it, and didn't... :( I think its because I changed my avatar too soon...

Yeah the delay of game was a big miss by the refs but Algae and Lendale's fumbles were the killers.....that and Chris Johnson getting hurt.

Well we did OK today. Lost a couple we had commited but gained three really nice players. Gaining those 3 was especially nice since we stole a couple from Florida.
Looks like Alabama and LSU cleaned up.

Figured LSU and Bama were going to clean up... I'm dissapointed we didn't get Marlon Brown, but can't say I'm too surprised... Stupid Georgia...

I think a 22 Scout ranking and 23 Rivals rating isn't too bad considering the staff had to salvage the year... Next year's recruiting class is what I'm looking forward to...

Oh, and I'm also wanting a big win tonight for the BBall Vols at ArKansas...

Edit: Oh, and we also had the #2 biggest surprise of the day... :D

Yeah I don't think it was too bad at all but maybe a little bit of a let down if you got caught up in all the optimism a couple of weeks ago like I did  We had a 37th last year and just lost our offensive staff. Also if you look at average stars we would actually be 12th. I would rather have a few extra scholarships next year for people we know we want than just get bodies this year.
Richardson really suprised me:)
I was checking all day between classes and it was nice to get him especially since we missed out on Brown. For recievers we got Green, Richardson and Rogers (who is bigger and faster than his brother) so that's not bad.
I'll be following the score on the computer tonight. Nice win over FL Saturday:D

Chris

No doubt!!! We stomped them into the ground... I was loving every second of it, even though I was up like 4 hours past my bedtime... :D

I signed up for Text Alerts for UT recruiting, so I was just checking my phone every 5 minutes during class this morning... :p You can also sign up for BBall score updates too... :)

Yeah I intentially went to the library to study this morning to keep myself from getting on the computer every 5 minutes.......I only did every 30 minutes:lol:
When classes started I was only checking once an hour:)
