The Time Is Finally Here...

That's why I love Spurrier. :D

Hey Chris, at least MTSU got blown out by Troy - not quite as hard to take as a close loss. :lolspin:

I see no one had anything to say after the blowout by Georgia, myself included.

I'm going to the game against 'Bama on Saturday. It should be "interesting."

A blowout before 2 weeks to think about it has that effect on people:lol:

I'll be watching but I think a snowball in a really hot place has a better chance than we do:rolleyes:

Go Vols!!!

There was at least one 10 men on the field too...I can't even remember us ever making that mistake in high school...inexcusable, especially after LSU.

^ That said, that was our best performance over four quarters against real competition.
Makes me cautiously optimistic that we can win out, going 6-6. Moore was ridiculous today. I loved the fake punt followed by a personal foul and a touchdown pass - huge momentum swing!

The part I hate is that Gordon played for my high school. First one since Mose Phillips in the early 90's. There were some good things. It is sad to get this used to losing. I hope it will just make winning in the future more fun:)

I'm ready for basketball season...I just hope we keep our coach:(

Here's to watching Oregon beat our former coach who shall remain nameless:lol:

I read that the Oregon fans on the road may break out Rocky Top in the 4th quarter if O gets ahead big, and it already looks like they will be ahead big. I'm not big on moral victories, but that would be awesome to rub in the face of ord Voldemort; I mean Lame Kiffin.

It is Tiger high but looks like we found our new quarterback:)

Most yards ever by a TN QB in a half (308) and tied the 5 TD record for a regulation game.

I expect a butt whipping next week... The final score of our game looked like we did a good job, but we struggled against UL Laf.

You guys are still a better team Gary. We'll see what happens.

The kicker for today was color commentary by Mike Leach...talk about colorfull:lol:

Bray did look good! 5TDs in a half was a record too. Sure it was just Memphis, but it's not the first time in history that UT has played a patsy, and it was his first start. Very promising... but we'll see against an SEC team next week. Ole Miss has a beatdown coming to them after last year.

Les Miles quote of the week: "I have a little tradition that humbles me as a man, that lets me know that I’m a part of the field and part of the game. You should have seen some games before this. I can tell you one thing: The grass in Tiger Stadium tastes best."
