I finally got word that my twistlock flanges are done and will be sent out tomorrow. Thing is, he has enough material left over for like 10 more so if anyone is interested in getting one of these for their DIY skimmer, let me know. I'm not sure on price yet- I'll have to see what he wants for them. The big one at the top left is 5" tube for my big skimmer and the 3 smaller ones are 3" tube for the smaller Deltec clones I was working on. The one without the hole in the middle is for the big Kalk reactor I made way back when :-P

the size of my deltec is 7/8 of an inch all the deltec quick disconnect

i was going to make mine 3/4 also

Yeah but I can't remember what it was! He said he wanted to try making the rest of them with three though...

Sorry- missed the post....I don't know if these or any other could be mounted to an ASM. These require a 1/4" or so flat rim to solvent weld to and I don't know if the ASM's have that...I imagine anything is possible tho!

Yup- I can't wait to get them in...He's sendingh them out tomorrow. I really can't wait to put the big one with the 5" tube on my skimmer!

Is it just a press in fitting? I've never really messed with ASM's up close.....Can the whole assembly be removed? It looks like it's skimming well!

Well, I got the flanges in today and they are frikin amazing. I can't believe how well constructed these things are! They most definately look better that the Deltec flanges I've seen...I am really stoked about doing more design work with thie guy!

He's got enough material for a few more and based on the response of people here he said he might order more material and make more. He's looking into cheaper material sources at the moment...You and anyone else that is interested in these should PM me though so this thread doesn't get deleted as possibly commercial, OK?

So at the end of the day did you save any money compared to buying a comparable Deltec?
