So I made rocks by two different aggregates.
The curved one has perlite, cuttlefish bone, microfilaments and white cement. It turned out very very porous as you can see. But sadly doesn't look like rocks.
Second one has silica, cuttlefish bone, microfilaminets. Isn't very strong, takes ages to cure (3+ months) and turned out to have very Sharp edges at some points due to cuttlefish bone pieces.
Now I now argonite and crushed coral is choice of material but both are very expensive here (2.5usd per lb to 10usd per lb).So what other options I have?
So anyone knows an easy way to make those twisting arches? How do you make the mould for that? Any help please? I'm seem to be stuck in trying to get those arch shapes.
