The Ultimate DIY Rocks!

So I made rocks by two different aggregates.
The curved one has perlite, cuttlefish bone, microfilaments and white cement. It turned out very very porous as you can see. But sadly doesn't look like rocks.
Second one has silica, cuttlefish bone, microfilaminets. Isn't very strong, takes ages to cure (3+ months) and turned out to have very Sharp edges at some points due to cuttlefish bone pieces.
Now I now argonite and crushed coral is choice of material but both are very expensive here (2.5usd per lb to 10usd per lb).So what other options I have?

If you have an agricultural store/feed store for livestock like chickens you can get a bag of crushed oyster shells for cheaper than other places.

That, sand, and cement will be used for the recipe.

Doesn't crush oyster leach a lot of phosphates? Or did we bunk that myth?

I believe it does because of the requirements for calcification.

Is it a major issue? I don't remember it being one but that was 10 plus years and several diy rock projects ago.

People started changing the orginial recipe and more often than not had issues.

So anyone knows an easy way to make those twisting arches? How do you make the mould for that? Any help please? I'm seem to be stuck in trying to get those arch shapes.
