I got my replacement motor for my 6025 today. It was one of the first batch and had the typical starting problems and rattling. Now it works perfectly. I sent it in to Tunze USA and it was replaced, no questions asked. It has barely been a week, and I sent it in Independence Day week. The customer service at Tunze USA is unparalleled in the industry and the standard by which all should be measured. Thanks Roger!
 
Roger is The Man. I had the same problems and he took care of me FAST... tunze is A+. I am buying my new PH and Tunze 7095 for my bigger tank without a doubt.
