these t5s good enough?

When I spoke to Greg at Reef Geek, he said that the retro 4 pack of IceCap T5's they sell comes in both HO and VHO. The HO is actually 2 pairs of 2, where the VHO is one set of 4. So the HO has separate plugs, but the VHO does not.

I do not know if this is true for all IceCap vendors.

ok well reefgeek has it 2 seperate ways of putting it. Their T5HO setup comes with icecap reflectors but comes with 2 triad ballasts which don't overdive the bulbs. their VHO setup comes with the icecap reflectors but also 1 icecap 660 ballast which will overdrive the bulbs.

hope that makes sence. but they state them as all icecap retros because they come with the icecap reflectors. just come with diffrent ballasts
