Thinking about adding Clowns and Anemone to Prop tank

I have a 29 gal prop tank powered by a Maxijet 1200 with a simple powerfilter on the back and Four 6500k 26 CF. I grow Fiji pom pom xenia and green star polyps in this tank very successfully.

I am considering adding two T5 HO 10,000k lights (one standard one actinic) and adding a pair of clowns (no other fish live in this tank) who, I'm told would host in the xenia. However, I'm also toying with adding the traditional anemone (Rose line or other BTA) if the new lighting arrangement would be sufficient. If this lighting isn't sufficient for the health of the rose line or any BTA I'd love to know what the minimum lighting requirements are to keep the BTA happy and healthy?

Thanks in advance for any advice before I purchase any stock for this purpose.
