thinking about buying a wp 40

A few locals have recently purchased the WP40 but they frequent the other forum more often.

Last I heard there is at least a temporary "ban" on selling them in the US due to alleged copyright infringement. Don't know how much of that is concrete though, mostly hearsay.

I like mine! I think it's worth the money.

Some people in MTRC talk like they're SOOOO much better than Vortechs. I disagree with that but I do think they're nice and for the money it's hard to beat them. The real test will be in determining how long they last.

The MTRCers will say "oh you can't have more than one in a 120 or a 180" but I could EASILY see having three in a 180 and two in a 120.

Like I said though...nice pumps. You get a lot of noise if you point them straight out. You have to kinda angle them a little bit and then they're completely silent...much more quiet than my Vortech.
