Thinking about Clown & Anemone

My tank is at a bit of a crossroads. I've set it up planning on getting back into SPS. Now I'm debating a clown (or 2) and a couple of BTA's.

The tank is a 20 long (30x12x12) BB, with a 10g sump that houses a Euro Reef rs80. Lighting is a 4x24 Tek fixture. Flow is currently just a bit over 40x turnover.

First off, is my tank big enough? I was thinking about adding a RBTA & a GBTA.

Any issues with the tank being BB? I know anemones like a fair amount of flow, but can you have too much? If I stay with BB, I'd probably look to increase the flow to 50x-60x turnover.

Also, what do you do if your anemone decides that the ideal spot for it isn't the ideal spot for viewing, like the back side of your rock?

Right now I'm still debating what to do, and I'm still getting everything settled down a bit, just looking for some info.

I would put the anemone in first, and let it settle on a rock, if it does go on the backside, just rotate the rock and if it moves again hopefully it will be visisble. In terms of flow, I don't like too much cuz it actually makes the anemone want to move away, I would use a moderate amount. Let the BTA settle in before adding anything else (~1-2months), cuz it will kill it if it moves. I have a rbta w/ sps with no problem. I don't know about rbta and gbta fights, but I would say try to keep them separate as BTA grow fast.
