thinking of adding a powder blue.

if you want a tang get a Gem tang ...
Well PBT will be fine, specially smaller one, if healthy. I recall that your decoration have wide space for swiming so no PBT will be fine and away from others... until it grows a little more or if you add a new fish...

Kole would be a little bit better in manners...but not much ... so maybe Michael is right...don't add a tang to your collection...

IME my PBT doesn't even notice fish additions as long as they are planktivores. If the new fish doesn't pick off the rocks, my PBT doesn't care about it.

And my tomini is more aggressive to other fish, FWIW. :)

I must have gotten the opposite of yours. If it is a fish, it will attack it.

If his tank is 4*3 feet, that's 5 feet diagonally for the fish. Either way, I think the size is fine. In terms of aggression, I don't see a kole tang being any better. I have one and it will attack any new tank mates for a couple weeks. I don't think the PBT will cause problems with your angel though because it's already established in the tank.

One of the meanest fish and biggest ich magnets? I'd stay far away.

My PBT is agressive for a couple of days and then is really more playful than agressive. It's worth noting that smaller fishes like my gramma and lemon meringue wrasse, aren't even noticed by the tang. Everybody is getting along fine in my tank. It's a tang, not a titan trigger!
