Thinking of buying fish online-question

Found one, but it was considerably smaller than the two females I have. Do I need to take size into consideration? I do not know if the larger females will bully the smaller. My females are about 2", the one I found was 1".

Just got back from vacation, looks like I am down to one leopard. I assume the one alive is the one that has had the good clock and eating habits. I. suppose 1/3 is a good shot with these guys... will keep everyone updated

Yea keep us posted! I have 2 pairs of leopards, a pair of blue stars, and a pair of Melegris.....I got them all from the same LFS, I didn't add them at the same time!

Well my female is still alive and kicking. Actually dominating the tank. I have a flame hawk I need to get rid of, got it for free. No one in the tank likes it. It's also forced my rainsford into a cave.

Found a female bluestar, about 1", 20% off. I couldn't resist. My female gave it a bit of a rough time so it buried itself after a half hour.

We will see what happens...

I just have the fish deliver to my office I know a lot of people don't have this option. I hold set up a QT at 1.018. Beg your wife and have her drop the fish in there for 10 mins and then cut the bag open and remove the bag. You do the rest when you get home. 20 gal with PH heater should do it. Screen too and PVC also.

Awesome news. I got the flame hawk out. Peace in the tank again. My female leopard gave the new (much smaller) bluestar female a hard time for 2 days. I thought that was it for her. Then all the sudden, no more chasing or anything. They just ignore each other.

Now I have 2 leopards, 2 different species!
