This does not look good

I have a pair of 2 month old 6101's.

I noticed that one of them was not working so I took it apart and cleaned it. after reassembling it I noticed the impeller wouldnt go in very well and once it was in it waould barely turn by hand.

I removed the impeller again and looked inside of the body of the pump and I can see 2 places where the white sleeve is bubbled upward. I can also see where the impeller was rubbing against the bubbles.

Is there a way to fix that?

Can anyone help me with this?

My 6101's are about 6months old and 1 has already failed. Sent it in and was replaced under warrranty with a quick turn around from Roger. Iam sure he will respond to you as soon as he see's your post.
