Will this 8cm fan running at 1400rpm http://www.aquastyleonline.com/products/8cm-Fan-Kit.html
be enough to cool an 8 led aquastyle kit with an 11.8" x 3.7" heatsink?
If the leds are over the water and not in any kind of shroud do I even need a fan?
Is the fan supposed to blow across the leds or into the fins?
