Those beautiful Zoos...

Hey Everyone...

In hopes to try and keep myself from getting into trouble I am extremely curious as to where most of you people get your Zoo's from. The LFS that I go to only has brown and yellow button polyps. Are the majority of you all getting them from online or at a LFS?

coral fanatics is the only online i have bought zoas from.
i am blessed with a number of lfs's in my area that routinely get in some good zoas. I have gotten three different colonies of blues in the past year at one of them.

Theres a new site called marineflora.com that sells zoo packs for a really good price. The service was excellent and the zoos looked good.

Any size any color- if you don't see what you want just ask- Sharky's can probably get them in!

I second Fraggle Reef...sign up for email notification for when he goes to the wholesaler and picks them up...they usually go in an hour or so once they are up on the site!

I don't have any experience with any online sources, but I've had good luck with my local reef club.

whats the deal with marineflora? they have frag packs, but they pic which frags they want to send you? seems kinda stupid...i want to know what i am getting.

I thought the same thing Dan. I went to the site and all I saw was pre picked frags. And the others pics weren't available so how do you know what your getting.

He's still getting his business started. If you contact him on the frag packs, I'd expect that at least he'd let you know what was available. He's a great guy. I've met him a bunch of times at various frag swaps here in CA.

The best place i've found to get frags, colonies- etc. Is right here on RC. Some of the best reefers in the world around here. SOME really nice and helpful people too

I love the highly colored zoos. However, why are they so expensive? Seems as though they are readily available. My LFS doesn't carry them at all so I have to order all online then pay the heavy shipping fees....
