That, my friends, is an elephant ear mushroom, and it can do in fish. As it grows, it will eventually get that lawnmower. I'd either get rid of all perching fishes (its usual victims) or trade in that rock!

yup they like to eat fish. mine is responsible for the demise of an already weak mandarin and a lawnmower blenny. My decorator crab wasnt immune either. I now have a nice memorial rock where i put his shell and the group of zoos that grew off of it. i now know what it's capable of and stock accordingly.
