Hard to tell if its the right stuff. definitely not the rock salt or mixes. the pure calcium most probably is calcium chloride which would be fine but without a brand name to check or label i would pass. besides the home depot's around here have stocked C-FORCE 94-97% pure calcium chloride and the dead sea works MAG FLAKE, 50# bags for $17, which are very good and what i have used for the past year. I'm all stocked up now. If you are interested in doing the Randy 3 part mix, stock up now from home depot before it snows.
