thread like worms taking over...

what the heck are they and what gets rid of them? They are as thin as a sewing thread and white...they appear to have tubes as well....they are all over the sand and starting to encroach onto all my corals...nothing seems to eat them or notice them that I have in the tank...

I forgot the name of them but they are the good guys. KEEP them. They eat fish poop! They don't hurt a thing, they only help.

are they spaghetti worms? I have them in my tank too, and they are in great numbers. Never seem to hurt anything.

More than likely that's what they are. Really make a tank ugly when they have the crap all over spread out in the water.

hmmmmm i think they may be hair worms...not bristle and not the snails....thanks for this! gives me a direction to read up on...
