threadfin cardinalfish eggs!!! 0_0

Soo there is this huge bundle of eggs protruding from my threadfin cardinalfish... sorta still attatched yet hanging from underneith it..

what does it mean? will they hatch? have they been fertilized? I have one other threadfin in the tank, it is a 29 gallon..

Good chance they are fertilized, but not that good of a chance after they hatch and the male releases them. They are pelagic larvae and require Copepod naupli and s-type rotifers.
