I'm a huge stickler when it comes to customer service, so when I get service that meets or surpasses my standards, I like to spread the good word.
I ordered 2 bulbs from hellolights.com - a 70w 20k (XM) and a 70w 14k (Ushio). I received 2 bulbs, the XM was fine, but the Ushio was a 10k rather than the 14k that I ordered.
I emailed them about the issue last week and never heard back. That's too bad, but not all that unusual. I called them today, was on hold for all of 5 seconds before I got through. The guy I spoke with was great, he is shipping me the correct bulb today along with a prepaid UPS label to ship the other bulb back to them.
All in all, I'm very happy with them. While their prices aren't the best, they are reasonable and seem to have a decent selection. Their customer service means I will be shopping with them again when the time comes.
