I have a 75 gallon tank and have two seperate led light fixtures with 2 settings. Blue or White. Any idea on amount of time I should leave them on for.

blues for an hour, then whites for 10 hours.
whites off and blues for an hour, then all off
whites off and blues for an hour, then all off

Having both on for at least 6 to 8 hours so the coral can do all the photosynthesis it can (about 5 to 7 hours before it stops) is enough. More than that is NOT harmful. The amount of time you run blues without the white to simulate sunrise and sunset is totally up to you. It makes no difference to the corals.
