Time to ditch my old controller, and go with the best

Just wanted to add something here thats important
Although the profilux through this module could support PWM drivers that does not mean the drivers will allow for the storm function, this is driver dependant and not GHL, there is more to creating a storm than just PWM or the driver, so please do not go buying this expecting storms.

I am waiting more info from GHL to confirm all details. so lets be patient until then ;)

Once i get all the accurate info from GHL I will post here right away.
I'm willing to wait for that, I already have a controller for my lighting, and am not terribly concerned with that, just want to get the rest of my system up and running, then play with the lights some more.

The trick - I know but not saying as ProfiLux is STILL the only controller to offer all Lunar and climatic features ;)

Here is your answer -

When the LED-Controller recognizes a "flash" over the L-ports it will change the PWM duty cycle to 100% for some miliseconds - there is your flash.

there will be 2 variants of the LEDControl4: passive (switching only some mA, enough for a PWM controllable driver like Meanwell) and an active version with MOSFETs in it, able to switch 2A

technical details will be announced soon

haha I knew it. current regulated pwm conversion. lol. clever idea. Have used it my self in the past. works a treat.
