I would like to say that the order I recently received from live aquaria was packaged as well as could be imagined. Also, the fish arrived in stellar condition. It was a pleasure to do business with you (again), and I will continue to trust F&S with my delicate purchases.

As a side note, I know this is the wrong forum, but I recently ordered four Koralia powerheads, one of which arrived with a vibration to it, that I couldn't get to go away. Again, the customer service at Drs. Foster and Smith was fantastic! They sent me a new powerhead, and a label to return the defective one, no questions asked.

What a pleasure it is to do business with a company that stands behind it's products 100%!
