Time to replace some T5's

Trying to get some opinions on what people think would be a good selection for bulbs.
was thinking this one to replace my current 10000k basic white bulbs

and was thinking about this one to replace my blues, but i sketchy on any gains or not?

Stick with the good brands. ATI, KZ, Gmann, or UVL.

What fixture do you have, how many bulbs, and what size tank?

i have the nova extreme 36 inch 4 bulb 39watt HO unit. I have a 50 gal tank.

i was more curious on what people thought about going with the purple bulbs over the blue. Has anyone seen any better color and growth with them?

The best 4 bulb combo that I have dealt with is 2 ATI Blue Plus, 1 KZ Fiji Purple and 1 ATI Aquablue. It will be about 15k or so.

IF you change to good bulbs then add one every couple days and lower your photo period down a couple hours. The good bulbs will put out A LOT more light than the Current stuff.

I have the Blue Plus and Aquablue Special x 8 bulbs over my 120 gal.
Plan to get the Fiji Purple to replace my white actinic next time.

so the purple will actually replace the whites? whats the k rating on the purple?

Yes, I think the white actinic is too white. Even with four Blue Plus, my tank is not that blue.

The Fiji Purple is all red/blue and will bring out more color. I have not found a k rating on this bulb.
