I have a air of tinker butterflies in QT for roughly 3 weeks. They were shipped directly from the HI waters. After several days after acclimation, I did one full dose of Prazi and attempted to use Cupramine. The Butterflies did not like the copper, so I stopped treatment. I was apprehensive about using a second dose of Prazi since the butterflies were stressed . I noticed that the larger of the two Tinkers has several areas where there is discoloration and raised scales. The fish is eating and swimming normally, but there is at least three areas where the discolored raised scales. My question is if this is more parasites under the scales, or a bacterial infection that needs antibiotics. I ordered medication from fishyfarmacy.com. I ordered medicine called De-Los which kills fluke and its eggs, along with other parasites. I also ordered a wide array of anti-fungal and antibiotics. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
