Tinkers in a reef

Anyone ever keep Tinkers in a SPS reef? A local reefer is trying them in his reef. They are gorgeous fish. I am not sure that they will leave the SPS alone. Any experience?

i would not trust it. they pick at anything. i have had tinkers in the past and currently have a declivis that i have been trying to sell for months now. he wont leave any corals or anemones alone.

Had a tinker in my reef as well. Unfortunately, it died, cause unknown. With sps it was as safe as an average dwarf angel, so no serious problems. I do not keep fleshy lps such as Trachyphyllia because I also have some large angelfish. With sps and proper feeding I would definitely take the risk.
I do also keep a C. mitratus which is fine as well.

I have a tinkeri in my reef, and the only thing it's picking on are various LPS coral (plate, etc). I've never seen any interest whatsoever in SPS.
