Tiny hitchiker anenome ID?

I got a huge colony (my first) of zoo's yesterday, did a freshwater/iodine dip for parasites, and after putting it in the tank to rest i noticed this tiny maroon red anenome looking hitchiker come out near the edge! Anyone have a clue what it might be? I couldnt get the picture loaded so here is a link...

No he is far too deep a maroon color, and the tenticals are a bit thicker, i dont think its a baby rose but maybe? i posted another pic on the site with a red circle and arrow pointing to it. Tomarrow when my daylight comes on ill take another better shot, but i am confident this is not aptasia, im familiar with those and ive got a efficient formula for death for those. I dont think it fits as a manjano either, the maroon/red is all over the body and very rich color. There is a slight inflation almost like a bta halfway on the tentacles.

yes, Tomarrow when my daylight comes on ill take another better shot, i'm still learning to use my digi cam, its my dads old one but it cost 800 when it was new, so as you might imagine its got alot of confusing buttons, i just learned today how to use the macro feature.

My wife is home right now and turned on the lights for the day, she is fairly confident its a baby bubble tip. That would be sooo cool, she also found a tiny starfish that hitchiked into her nano tank on the piece she got yesterday, its white with little speckles on the top, either brown or red, ill have to see when i get home.

Based on the picture, the odds it is a bubble tip in those zoos are infinitesimal. It appears very majano in that picture, but could still be aiptasia.

well once i get home and the brights are on ill get the best possible pic i can, even if it takes an hour, i doubt its a bubble tip but she swears it is, if she is wrong, ill make her buy me another frag lol.

"Bristleworms" actually help you. Trick is to differentiate "bad ones"(certain fireworms) from "good ones" (most of the brown ones we see in our tanks).

You can't lump them all together...it's like saying all anemones host clownfish... or all pistol shrimp form bonds with pistol shrimp gobies...they don't.

Supernerd, it does not match the id of any of those pests or the aptasia. However im confident its some kind of anenome and will therefore be removed from the colony, but i may keep it alive in isolation until i do get an id.

ive never seen a red manjano but who knows maybe it is, there is a better picture up at the site now, you can zoom in good on the picture of the end of the zoa colony seen from above and at a angle...

Can you pull the zoa colony towards the surface of the tank and then tak a pic from above, or bring the colony closer to the glass and then take a couple more shots?

It does look like a majano variant from that angle.
