Tiny snail ID (Collonista?) w/pic

Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed a growing number of these tiny little snails in my 10g. They're very, very small (not much bigger than a Formula One or Two food pellet), very clearly snails, with darkish pointed shells. The shells seem to have some color pattern, almost light/dark stripes. The only other snails in the tank are 6 turbos. Could these be Collonista? Any ideas?

I have seen those before, and am fairly certain that they are not collinista. Collinista are much more rounded and turbo like. The one pictured for me anyway were fairly common not long after my initial tank set up but eventually disappeared.

Collonistas are rounded. Yours looks pointy. A better picture would help.

You can look here as well http://melevsreef.com/id/snails.html There is also a picture of a collonista

It looks like you have a Trochus snail on the glass in the front of your picture.

If so, do you have any baby snails or snail eggs on the Trochus?

If so, you have pyramid parasite snails. The parasites I've usually seen tend to be white.

Best of luck,

Roy

Yeah, they're very pointy. That's not a Trochus, just an empty shell. The only snails in the tank that I purposely put in (1 1/2 month old tank) are 6 turbos, but I got a few extra empty shells from the LFS to discourage the hermits from killing off the turbos, that's what's in the foreground of the pictures. These tiny snails are nowhere near the turbos. Here are two better pictures, any ideas?

They are more than likely hitchikers, but what kind no telling. Just watch them.
