It is time I transfered fish from a 110 to a 210. Any suggestions on how to catch 8 inch fish (=/- an inch or two)?

"Carefully" has already been suggested :P

One of my traps should be around I just dont know if they are large enough... If you decide that you need one made let me know...

I was told by billsreef, a marine biologist on the disease forums, to wait till night after they are sleeping and shine a bright light in their eyes and they should be able to just be scooped up. Kind of like frog gigging. I haven't tried it yet, but it makes sense and costs nothing to try.

If I could borrow one of your traps, that would be awesome Schplitter!

I probably should have mentioned this before
Fish to be moved:
2 engineer gobies 10ish inches (i think, maybe longer)
Vlamingi tang 8+ inches
Foxface lo 8ish inches
and 5 other fish all under 4 inches, but two of them being pretty shy gobies
