to dust or not to dust this is the question?????????

is it a feather duster or not one growing on the back of like three of my snails?they resemble a feather duster and when ever i put the turkey baster and blow on them they suck in to the snails shell any one else ever seen this

ive got the same thing on a couple of my hermit crab shells.

Could be a spirorbid worm. A search should turn up some photos. Snails do get some strange hitchhikers. Can you get a photo?

i have a feather duster with a feather duster on it, i even saw a snail with aptasia on it at a LFS
