Looking to see how you go about fraging a toad stool.Mine that I got at the frag swap has doubled in size and I would like to have another for my 30 gallon tank.Thanks in advance.Michaela

you can just take it out of the water and cut either a piece off of the side or cut in a circle around the stem. it is very easy you can just use scissors.

Like fatrip stated you can just cut it up into small pieces. REMEMBER to cut OUTSIDE of your tank and any water you use to hold the pieces while cutting discard . Leathers are VERY TOXIC remember not to wipe your eyes with your hands while fraging and WASH throughly.

if it's the one you got from me, I just cut the head off (the stalk regrows a head) and then I cut the top like a pie into several pieces

It is the 1 I got from you.The head is starting to hang down and touch the bottom it's almost top heavey.I am only worried about the toxins and being sure I get it all cleaned off.
