Toadstool Splitting?

Hey Guys, I bought this medium size frag last week, it has been doing great. But something is happening and I believe it is splitting? but i wanted to check with yall.

a picture with it fully extended earlier today.

a top down, no pumps. its retracted because my urchin went by a few minutes before the picture, but you can see what is going on on the left better because of that.

bottom side

is that splitting? and if it is, is it a good or bad sign?

I had a toadstool recently do the same thing. Here's a picture:

This one you can see the split. It's gotten a little wider since this picture.

My Toadstool is still going strong so I'm going to say that it's fine. . .
