Toggle Bolt to Hang ATI Fixture

Going to hang a 24" 8x24W ATI Sunpower fixture from the ceiling using toggle bolts. Does anybody know what size toggle bolt the Screw from the ATI hanging kit fits into? Last time I used one of the "Snaptoggle" brand bolts but I can't remember what size.

I just used 3/16 snaptoggles to hang my 60" 8 bulb ati worked great
