Wow, that is amazing. You said you have watched them lay the eggs, right? The small ocellaris layed the eggs and the larger tomato clown fertilized them? That is sort of unusual.
I really hope you are successful with the babies. This is getting more and more interesting with every post. Thanks for the pics.

are you sure the male is the tomato? that would be really odd to have the female the smaller of the two. But, I guess this is an odd circumstance anyways.:)

The Oscellaris is always fanning the eggs. I was the Tomatoe shortly after i noticed the eggs going over them with his vent (right word) open. As far as i know the Female is responsible for fanning the eggs. Am i correct?

Usually the male fans the eggs and the female chases away the other fish. It would seem more likely that the tomato is the female, but I'm not at your house watching. :)
The eggs aren't layed all at one time. The female lays a few then the male fertilizes them. It goes on like that for a while until all the eggs are layed. The ovipositor of the female stays out for a little while after they are finished. Maybe she was done laying, but just swimming over the eggs.
Whatever is going on, it is very cool.

phender is right, the male is the one that does most of the guarding of the eggs and fanning and mouthing them. Female is just the bully that gurads there home.

Hey nice pair but I have a question for anyone if an Oscellaris and Tomato Clownfish can be a pair do you think that a Percula and a Orange Skunk can be a pair?
Thanks

Do a search on mixed pairs. JHardman sums up his experience with odd pairings, I think skunk / ocellaris is among them.

Tomellaris clowns will be cool fish indeed. Keep those pics coming.

Well tonight is hatch night :) Ive never done this before. I have to kill the main pump for an hour or so and stick a low wattage light bulb up by the top of the tank so the fry will swim up to it? Is it really that easy? LOL Im a little leary of shutting off my main pump. Do you think itll be ok with no circulation for an hour or 3 ?Thanks!

Your tank will be OK with the pump off for a couple hours. Remember to turn it back on after you pull out the babies! Also, have about 5 gallons of salt water made up to replace the water that you will be removing during the collection of the babies. You won't need that much unless you are really bad at collecting the babies, but it is better to be safe.
Try not to use too much of a waterfall effect into your collecting cup when you scoop out the babies.
Good luck. Don't think you have to get every single baby, unless you want to double the time that your pumps are off.
