Tomini tang ich after copper or bacterial ?, ID please ?

so ive put my tomini tang through a 14 day cupramine treatment and this saturday past i moved him to a sterile container with ammo lock while i thoroughly cleaned QT tank with hot water/bleach & vinegar .. ive had him in praziquantel treatment now for 4 days due for second round on sunday .. except today when ive returned from eork ive noticed teo white spots around his right rear spine following the lateral line .. he has hlle which has healed substantially since day 1 as im feeding lots of nori plus dosing the water with aquaforest fish V hes been a very active/voracious eater and im confused does this sound like ich going off the circumstances or could it be bacterial/praziquantel related ?

Did you see the ich beforehand? You should be able to tell if its ich or anything else. I know my tang has white dots naturally as part of his 'camoflage' some times during the day, but they are markedly different from how ich looks.
