Tomini tang stung by foxface

I added a new foxface into my tank, and just like any new fish added to a tang-established tank, tangs will always put up a fight. The tomini tang was tail-spiking and biting the foxface until it bit onto the foxface's fins. There are 3 white marks on the tang; 1 on the lips, 1 on the cheek and the other at the side of the mouth. I'm just wondering if the venom would be life threatening for the tang? It surprisingly still grazes on algae and eat when I feed it and acts as usual.

Can't tell for sure if the fighting had stopped but it has subsided a bit after that, it's just displaying itself at the foxface now.

when I introduced my Foxface to my DT the resident Kole Tang harassed it for a week or so sustaining a few wounds from the spines. I never noticed any adverse reactions by the Kole Tang and they both get along well now. I guess the Tang had to learn the hard way.
