Too Much Brine Shrimp?

I am feeding my fish 1/4 of a cube of frozen brine shrimp once per day (mixed with 1/4 cube formula one and small sliver of Cyclopeez alternately every other day), every day. I now notice at night when I look in my tank with a flashlight what looks like little brine shrimp swimming through the water. Am I overfeeding brine shrimp? My sun polyps seem to love it as they are greedily feeding.

For a 29g tank it seems to much. That is about what I feed my 75g tank

First of all, you can not get "live" brine shrimp in your tank from feeding frozen brine shrimp.
If you ever had live brine shrimp in your tank, they will not survive long unless there are no brine shrimp predators and they have sufficient food of an appropriate size for them to feed on.
In my opinion, if all the frozen brine shrimp you add to the tank are eaten up within 3 to 5 minutes at the most, then you are not overfeeding your tank.
