Too much flow

I am thinking of replacing my power heads in my 90 gallon with the new Hydor Koralia. I have a 600 gph return. What should I get for the power heads:

Using 2 of these heads + my 600 return pump I will have a total of:

Koralia 1 400 gph Total of 1400 gph or 15 x turnover
Koralia 2 600 gph Total of 1800 gph or 20 x turnover
Koralia 3 850 gph Total of 2300 gph or 25 x turnover
Koralia 4 1,200 gph Total of 3000 gph or 33 x turnover

Here are the sizes. I kinda don't want the added size of the Koralia 4
Koralia 1 3.5 2-1/4" x 5"
Koralia 2 4.5 2-7/8" x 5-7/8"
Koralia 3 6.5 2-7/8" x 5-7/8"
Koralia 4 8.5 3-1/4" x 6-1/4"

I have a mix of softies some LPS and a few SPS. Where is the sweet spot in terms of flow so that everyone is happy.

I think 25 throuh 30 will be your sweet spot. I also have a 90 in the works, I plan to give it a minimum of 30x turn over.

It all depends IMO u never have ebuff random flow in an sps reef but for a mixed u should be ok with abot 20-30 turnover providing u can avoid sandstorms. I was really looking forward to those korallias but they are just to bulky for my taste(i'll stick with my mjmods till i get a deal on two tunzes with a controller.

Arent they about the same size?
Is there a controller for the Koralia?

Tunze push much more water though and are controllable...If I were you and I was buying 2 Korallias I would definitely go with the 4's.

About the same size but 2 instead of three and they are controllable.
ON off BS u know is just another gadget bnot proven to be effective but cool. Plus they are manufactured good. LOL
About the same flow.

I dont believe so. Its a/c so may need one of those on/off strips. Take a look at the thread in the equipment sections wich should b huge by now and u will find some more info. Good luck.
