Too much light??

So I'm currently running a 250w metal halide with a 10 XM bulb that's about 10 in off the water. I also have a blue t5 and led strip lights for supplementation. My tank is about 13in deep. So I have had two red planet frags that have both lost color since being under all this light. Do you guys think the lighting is too strong? Some of the corals react really well to it and others like the red planet have lost color. What should I do? Here's before and after photos (not the best)

Yes, it appears you are bleaching your corals with too much light. I would raise the light another 10 inches and cut back your photo period to let them recover or move them to the sides of the tank where there is less direct light.
