Too rapid a change in salinity for tomato clownfish?

So I feel terrible. I moved a quarantined fish from a 5 g bucket to a 10gal aquarium cause I was starting to feel sorry for it and this way I could put a decoration in for security. Topped it of with some saltwater I had made up earlier. It was late and I forgot to test the salinity before I topped it up. Wound up dropping the salinity by 0.004 and when I woke up he was on the bottom in the corner tipping to his side.

Any experience ? Will he recover?

Going down is not usually a problem (going up is). How long have you had this fish?
