Torch coral help!

So about a month ago my torch coral had this thing on it that had kinda like a hand coming in and out ever second. I will show u a picture of it. It didn't seem to bother it for a while then I saw that some tissue was gone on that head. So I plucked it off. It came off easy. It didn't open up fully but it was still open. For the past week the torch hasn't been opening at all and even more tissue is gone! Someone please help!

That thing you saw going in and out sounds like a harmless Barnacle. By removing it you probably damaged the coral and once this happens this coral in particular has a hard time recovering. The link below might help.
