trach ate a snail...

hello,

i was scrubbing the glass in my dt today. i accidentally knocked a cerith snail off the glass and onto my trachyphyllia. before i could get it off, it had it halfway swallowed. i didn't want to try digging it back out, so i let it eat it.

so, i was wondering if any of you had a trach eat a snail? experience?

i assume it would be alright, except for possibly the pointed shell. thoughts?

Yup. Trochus snail. Spit it back out after a few hours. All turned out OK... except for the snail. I just posted a picture of that a few days ago... let's see if I can find that thread!

gotcha... i still haven't seen it come back out. although, i have lots of snails. maybe it spit out the shell and it got buried or something.
