Trachy's not puffing up ??

our 2 trachy's stay shrunkin up. they will be slightly puffy early in the morning. but when lights are on shrink up. no exsposed skeleton an color is pretty decent. ALK was very low but got it back up. everything else in tank even SPS is good an growing. not sure what i should look for ??

Too much water flow? they tend to like lower flow in my experience.....

Are they on the bottom? Maybe too much light?

they are on the bottom pretty much same spot they have been. havn't changed lighting at all. just swapping out old bulbs. but same kind radium 20K 250W.

okay i will check that. i have never had issues with it before so i quit
checking it. will have to see if i got a test kit for it. if not will get one

checked few things. alk is 8.6dkh mag is 1300ish BUT calcium is about 300. so working on bringing that up to 400 range. hoping that will do it.
SPS an clams are growing decent so figured water changes was keeping calcium up. guess not.
