transfer from qt to dt - same temp

My QT is at 79.4 degrees with salinity 1.024 & DT is 79.2 & 1.025.

Do I need to acclimate the fish in a bag, or can I just transfer him straight to DT?

I would personally drop the fish right into the DT from the QT. Good luck
