Transfering RBTA

I need to get a RBTA off a rock so I can cook it before placing it in a new tank. Any advice how how to safely do this? I am also looking to put the RBTA in a new tank. I have two about 5" in diameter.
Thanks for the input.

A couple of ways:

1) place the anemone by a weak power head (or vice-versa) so that it starts to move

2) What I've done is just take the rock (if it's moveable) and gently and slowly start to pry the anemone of the rock

Why would you cook the rock?

When I moved mine I carefully worked it off the rock since I was rescaping and it worked fine....

I am thinking about a BB tank/shallow bed and wanted to get all the gunk off the rock before I start the new tank. I have about 150 lbs cooked and will cook the remaining rock in my old tank.
