i recently bought what was supposed to be a transformer for a 6100 so i could upgrade my 6000. the new transformer is bigger than i expected and i am thinking it is the wrong one. the number on it is 6200.800A . is this in fact the right one for the 6100 or is this for something else such as the 6200?

7410.602 is the part number for the transformer. It looks exactly like the 6000 transformer except it is thicker.

The 7410.602 is larger than the transformer for the Stream 6000. The 6200.800A will not hurt your pump however there is no extra benefit either.

Basically to summarize, a 7410.602 is what you need to convert to a 6100, it is a 60W, 19V power supply. The 6200.800 is an 80W, 19V power supply. It will give the same flow as the smaller 7410.602, it will do no harm, it just has extra wattage capacity for a bigger pump.

so the 6200.800 will upgrade my pump to a 6100 but not in the most efficient way possible? what is the actual intended use of the 6200.800?
