Hi Roger,

Any word on when the next batch of larger transformers (the 19V ones) will be arriving?

No, I plan to call tomorrow and try to get this cleared up. I was told a large shipment of Streams and controllers was coming my way and that I would get all the air way bills and invoices and those have yet to arrive. I know things are chaotic at the factory right now but it is no excuse (catch up from the holiday rush). I will try to have an answer tomorrow. I am really falling behind and I have already paid for everything I have on order so believe me I get every bit as frustrated as you guys do.

I expect to have them by the end of next week. Apparently their were some production glitches and last week they halted production. Things are back to normal this week and they will start shipping again.

One more question, are some of the transformers slated to go to Premium Aquatics? I have a pre-order in there to get them when they arrive.
